Larry Tompkins

Extensive Customer Service skills honed over 32 years with New Zealand's International airline, finishing as a longhaul Inflight Service Director on B747's and B767's.
In tandem with this was 24 years in the New Zealand Navy Reserve experiencing ocean boardings on foreign fishing vessels in New Zealand's coastal economic zone, side-scan sonar seabed mapping, mine counter-measures, torpedo recovery operations and small arms range conducting. Achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer (Seaman) and awarded the RNZNVR Long Service and Good Conduct Medal and the NZ Military Service Medal.
Entered the Real Estate industry in 2002 and after $50 million of sales (mainly rural and lifestyle) was appointed branch manager with one of the major firms and went on to successfully oversee nearly a half-billion dollars of sales through to settlement. In 2017 he decided to slow down and formed his own Real Estate Company, Freelance Real Estate Ltd operating in the Franklin District and Gulf Harbour regions of Auckland City. When Covid arrived he mothballed the company, resurrecting it as Freelance Services (NZ) Ltd in response to the demands placed on the liquid fuels industry in the South Pacific, New Zealand and Australia during the Middle east conflict.
Now in partnership with his nephew Graeme to build Freelance Services (NZ) Ltd into a successful brand ambassador and procurement company in our region.
